World Environment Fair

In the lead up to World Environment Day on 5 June 2017, the inaugural World Environment Fair (WEF) on the weekend of 3-4 June brings together the community to celebrate the environment. It provides a unique opportunity to hear from environment advocates, support brands and businesses that share their values, and to take home ideas to help safeguard our environment.

One of the most exciting events of 2017, WEF will host a variety of entertainers, keynote speakers and feature an impressive line-up of more than 50 exhibitors. Australia’s largest nature play area, a wildlife interactive display garden, water and energy saving ideas, talks and debates on issues concerning the environment and conservation will be held across a jammed packed weekend.

WEF will be held at the Adelaide Showground’s Goyder and Jubilee Pavilions and feature two entertainment stages, a bush cafe, reptile and native displays, giant interactive EnviroPledge Wall, and a stack of activities for the whole family.

Environment and conservation community organizations are invited to apply for a FREE booth at the event, on the condition that they offer some form of hands-on activity.
