Main environmental voluntary group on Kangaroo Island.  Checking on all environmental issues, lobbying, educating.

Key achievements and Activities for 2008/9:

• Envirofund grant for Pennington Bay to improve access to the beaches, reduce erosion by humans, revegetate degraded areas.
• Investigating and acting upon inappropriate and illegal development.
• Increase representation on committees working with the environment.
• Education via sustainable schools committees and Sustainable House Day.
• Transitional towns and KI offset credit plan.
• Coastal development and access.
• Roadside vegetation.
