RLCAG is a community based organisation that formed in January 2007 in response to the SA Government's plans to construct a weir at Pomanda Island in Lake Alexandrina.  The organisation is a member of Waterkeepers Australia Inc and host of the Coorong, Lakes and Murray Waterkeeper.  RLCAG calls for an end to the over allocation of the Murray Darling Basin water resources.  A guaranteed minimum environmental flow is seen as essentail for the future health of the Lower Murray and the Coorong, Lakes Alexandrina and Albert Ramsar Wetland.
