Will you help us make this the last ever Duck Season in SA?

By the end of this month, it’s estimated 45,000 native duck and quail will have been killed – or maimed and left to die – in South Australian waterways and fields.

The fight to end duck and quail hunting has gone on too long. We are at a critical point to make this SA’s last Duck Season ever.

Your support today will help us to:

  • Continue to lobby government and Ministers directly
  • Reach out to the wider community to call on the State Government to ban duck and quail shooting,
  • Run a targeted Facebook campaign asking bird lovers to sign a petition to the Minister for the Environment to take the lead in banning duck and - quail shooting in South Australia, and
  • Promote and help develop a new public survey to further convince the government that the people of South Australia think that time is up and this should be the last Duck Season ever.

Recreational duck shooting causes preventable suffering. It has no place in a compassionate society and the only way to stop it is to change the law.

Please support our work to make this the last Duck Season ever. Together we can finally see an end to this cruel treatment of our incredible native birds.
