Do you have an idea for a fundraising challenge or event — we want to help you make it happen!

We're looking for three passionate Nature Fundraisers to turn their big ideas into meaningful action and help protect South Australia's precious land, water and wildlife. Maybe you’ve been dreaming of doing a long hike, a big bike ride, a sponsored walk, or hosting a fundraising dinner. Or maybe you have been wanting to take action but joining in direct action wasn’t a comfortable response — either way, if you've got an idea, or a passion to draw a crowd, and the drive to see it through, we want to hear it. 

As one of our Nature Fundraisers, you'll be backed by our team every step of the way, with up to $1,000 towards your costs and support from planning through to the big day. 

As a Nature Fundraiser, you will: 

• Take on a fundraising challenge or event of your choosing — a hike, ride, walk, dinner, or something else you have in mind
• Aim to raise a minimum of $5,000 for Conservation SA (we'd love you to aim even higher!)
• Access up to $1,000 in reimbursed costs to help bring your idea to life.
• Help spread the word about the issues facing South Australia's environment within your own networks 

In return, you'll receive: 

• Hands-on guidance from the Conservation SA team, from planning through to wrap-up
• Up to $1,000 towards your costs, reimbursed against your receipts
• Recognition across our website, social media and newsletter
• The chance to make a real, tangible impact for nature across South Australia
• This inaugural round runs until EOFY 2027, and we're only taking on three Nature Fundraisers — so if you've got an idea, get in touch soon. 

How to get involved 

1. Sign up via the form below and tell us about your fundraising idea — whether it's a hike, ride, dinner, film screening or other event
2. Our team will get in touch to chat with you about your idea, the $5,000 target, and how the $1,000 budget works.
3. Get confirmed as one of our three Nature Fundraisers for this round.
4. Plan your challenge or event with support and guidance from our team. We'll help you set up a fundraising page on our website.
5. Take it on! Complete your hike, ride, dinner or event and raise funds for Conservation SA.
6. Wrap up - show us your results, claim your costs, and we'll thank you publicly for your efforts!
