Does your organisation want to be a leader in your community on climate action? Do you have an innovative way of encouraging participation that will make your communality more sustainable? Grants of up to $10,000 are being offered. Applications are open now and will close at 5pm on Friday, 9 November 2018. Community Sustainability Grants have been designed by Conservation SA and the Government of South Australia specifically to help non-government organisations deliver practical, on-ground community level climate-related projects. The grants will be available to innovative projects that engage the community in small practical environment, sustainability and climate aware projects with a focus on urban greening, coastal protection, and water sensitive urban design.
