Will you help us protect the rakali?

The rakali - also known as the 'Aussie Otter' – is one of our most gorgeous and intelligent native mammals.

So, it’s a tragedy that many of these creatures drown every year in South Australia because of poorly designed yabby traps.

Though banned in other states, ‘opera house’ yabby nets are still legal here in SA.

With your help, we can raise public awareness, create a powerful petition, and put pressure on our leaders (including the new Minister) to ban opera house traps and protect our native freshwater fauna.

Will you join us?
