Explore our coasts with Reef Rambles!

Reef Rambles are a family-friendly opportunity to experience SA's incredible coastal marine life.

This Sunday (9 August) join Reef Watch on a guided tour of an intertidal reef at Aldinga.

Participants will discover and identify different marine life within intertidal reefs. These guided tours are suitable for people of all ages, so bring along your family and friends!

Intertidal reefs are rocky areas of coastline which are between the high and low tides marks. They are an important part of the ecosystem and provide food and habitat for an amazing array of marine life, including coral, crabs, worms, shrimp, snails, abalone and mussels – and so much more!

The Reef Rambles are unique, hands-on experiences led by our Reef Watch SA marine experts.

Reef Watch is working with the City of Onkaparinga and National Parks and Wildlife Services South Australia to bring you this experience.
