About this opportunity

We are seeking a keen and qualified volunteer for a short-term volunteer role (2-4 flexible days between now and March 2021).

In this short-term role, you will:

Work with our team to update an important segment of our database
Update information and double-check data with our key staff
Contact our stakeholders to confirm contact information

We are looking for:

Strong computer literacy
Experience working with data systems
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills 
Friendly and articulate phone manner
Experience in member/customer service (a bonus)

This is the role for you if you have:

A friendly demeanour and can-do attitude
Confidence in making phone calls and talking to people
The ability to work both independently and with a team
A sense of satisfaction in getting the details just right

This work can be undertaken on consecutive days or over a number of weeks, depending on your availability. It is preferred the successful applicant work from our offices at the Joinery on Franklin Street in Adelaide. The Joinery operates under an SA Health COVID-Safe Plan.
