Prospect Local Environment Group invites you, your family and friends to  "Ditch single-use plastic during July."
You'll be joining millions of people from 159 countries world-wide in making a difference.
"Single-use" includes plastic shopping bags, plastic cups, straws, plastic packaging...basically anything that's intended only to be used once and then discarded.
The challenge is to go plastic-free for a day, a week, a month or longer! However long you choose, you will still make a contribution. Try the TOP 4 challenge (plastic bags, bottles , takeaway coffee cups & straws).

At PLEG’s free Community workshop "Let's Ditch the Plastic"during Plastic Free July, you can find out about how to do it and see other alternatives to using plastic.

There will be stalls with lots of ideas and you will be able to make purchases at the workshop.
